Engraved Acrylic Plaque — Two Layer, Any Text

A two-layer acrylic plaque with your text engraved through the face to the contrasting layer beneath. For trophies, presentation pieces, equipment plates, memorial plaques and anything that should look better than a printed label.

Specification

• Size: 150 × 25 mm
• Material: 1.5 mm two-layer acrylic, gold on black
• Engraving: your text, cut through the top layer to reveal the colour beneath — so the lettering is the material, not paint
• Fixing: double-sided adhesive backing as standard, or drilled for screws

Gold on black is stock. Silver on black, black on white and white on black are available on request.

This is the same build and size as a plaque we cut in August 2026, so the price reflects a real job rather than an estimate.

What to expect

• Tolerance: ±0.2 mm. The beam has width, so parts are cut on the line and finish a fraction under nominal.
• Edges: cast acrylic comes off the laser with a clean, flame-polished edge and needs no sanding.
• Protective film: it ships with the masking film still on. Leave it until the part is installed.

Sending your text or artwork

Send the wording, or a logo as SVG, DXF, AI, PDF or EPS. Vector files cut directly; a raster image can be traced, at some design cost, and the edge is only as good as the source. A dimensioned layout goes to you for approval before anything is cut — engraving is permanent, so a typo is a remake rather than an edit.
