Engraved traffolyte labels, not printed stickers

Our custom traffolyte labels are cut from UNI-ABS two-colour laminate: a coloured cap layer over a contrasting core. The laser engraves through the cap, so the lettering is part of the label itself. There is no ink to fade, no film to peel and nothing to rub off in a hot switchroom or on an outdoor isolator.

Colours

Traffolyte labels are available in six colourways: white/black for general identification, red/white for danger and emergency stop, yellow/black for warnings, blue/white for mandatory and service instructions, and brushed aluminium or brushed gold with black for asset tags and presentation plates.

1. Enter your labels in the grid on the traffolyte labels page, or email your label schedule for larger jobs.
2. We send a layout for approval before anything is engraved.
3. Your labels are engraved in Brisbane and sent tracked. Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99.

Labelling and colour requirements for electrical installations are set by the wiring rules and the job specification, and remain the responsibility of the licensed electrician or specifier. Send us your schedule and we will engrave it exactly as supplied.

What is traffolyte?

Traffolyte is the common trade name for engraved two-colour laminate labels. We use UNI-ABS, which engraves cleanly and suits switchboards, control panels and equipment identification.
