Everything Tinkable sells is made to order in our Eatons Hill workshop in north Brisbane, so your delivery date has two parts: the time we take to prepare and cut your job, and the time the carrier takes to reach you. Here is exactly how both work.

How long your order takes

1. Proof — 1–2 business days. We prepare your design and cut file and email you a digital proof showing dimensions, bridges and cut areas. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

2. Cut & pack — 2 business days after approval. Your stencil is laser cut, checked and packed. Large or multi-sheet jobs may take slightly longer — we tell you if so.

3. Transit — see the table below. Dispatched with tracking; you get the tracking number by email.

Ready-made items with no artwork to proof — letter and number stencils, road marking stencils, pre-made coffee designs — skip stage 1 and dispatch within 2 business days.

Rates are confirmed at checkout by destination and parcel size. We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you are outside those and want a quote, email info@tinkable.com.au and we will price the freight for you.

Long stencils ship rolled in a tube; boards and rigid sheets ship flat. Oversized jobs occasionally travel by road freight, which we quote separately before dispatch.

Need it by a date?

Tell us the date when you order — put it in the order notes or email us straight after. We offer priority cutting and express shipping, and we will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable before you pay. Most rush jobs are limited by the proof approval step, so replying quickly to your proof is the fastest thing you can do.

Collection from the workshop

We are a workshop, not a retail shopfront, but trade collection from 5 Othello Ct, Eatons Hill QLD 4037 is welcome by arrangement. Contact us first so your order is ready and someone is there — we are open Monday to Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm and Friday 9:00am–1:00pm AEST.

Tracking and problems

Every order ships tracked and you can check status any time through your account portal. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or goes missing, email info@tinkable.com.au or call 0418 873 436 and we will chase the carrier and remake if needed. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.
