Acrylic Cut to Size — Clear, Black or White Panels
Cast acrylic cut to a size off the list — no artwork, no quote, no minimum. For signage backing, shelf risers, machine guards, display panels, splashbacks and prototype plates.
Cast acrylic rather than extruded, because it cuts with a genuinely polished edge instead of a milky one and does not gum up the beam. Clear, gloss black and gloss white are stock; frosted, mirrored and coloured are available — ask before ordering. We cut cast acrylic up to 20 mm, so if you need thicker than the list, say so.

Prices are ex GST; checkout shows the figure including it. Cut length is what drives the price alongside material — which is why a long thin panel costs more than a square one of the same area. Need a size that is not listed? Setup and proof covers bespoke work.
No minimum order
Most laser cutters will not quote a job under about $80, and add a file setup fee on top. We will cut one piece. If you need a single 150 × 40 mm panel, that is a real order and it is priced here rather than hidden behind a quote form.
What to expect
- Tolerance: ±0.2 mm. The beam has width, so parts are cut on the line and finish a fraction under nominal.
- Edges: cast acrylic comes off the laser with a clean, flame-polished edge and needs no sanding.
- Protective film: it ships with the masking film still on. Leave it until the part is installed.
Sending artwork
Nothing to send — pick a size and we cut it. If you want shapes, holes or engraving on the panel, send SVG, DXF, AI, PDF or EPS and we will quote it. Vector files cut directly; a raster image can be traced but that costs design time and the edge is only as good as the source.
