Custom Traffolyte Labels (UNI-ABS)

Custom engraved labels for switchboards, control panels, machinery and asset tags. Cut and engraved in our Brisbane workshop to the schedule you enter below.

Engraved, not printed

UNI-ABS is a two-colour laminate: a coloured cap over a contrasting core. Engraving cuts through the cap, so the lettering is the material. There is no ink to fade, no film to lift and no toner to wear off.

Six colourways

• Matte white / black — general circuit identification
• Red / white gloss — danger, emergency stop and isolation
• Matte yellow / black — warning and high-visibility
• Blue / white — mandatory instruction and service
• Brushed aluminium / black — asset tags and equipment plates
• Brushed gold / black — presentation and architectural work

Ordering

Enter your labels in the grid below and the price updates as you type. Every legend is checked against the label size before you order, so text that cannot be engraved at the height you have chosen is flagged rather than discovered later.

We send a layout for approval before engraving. Check the text carefully at that point — engraving is permanent, so a typo is a reprint rather than an edit. Ordering a couple of spares on the same run costs very little.

Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99, everything tracked.

Colour and labelling requirements for electrical installations are set by the wiring rules and by the job specification, and remain the responsibility of the licensed electrician or specifier. Send us your schedule and we will follow it exactly.

Custom sizes, shapes, QR codes and drilled fixings are all available — contact us with your requirements. For background on materials and specifying a job, read our guide to traffolyte and switchboard engraving.
