BYO Drink Bottle/ Tumbler Engraving

Send us your own bottle, tumbler or glass and we will engrave it. Names, dates, a logo or a short message — marked permanently into the surface rather than printed on, so it will not wear off in the dishwasher or peel at the edges.

How it works

1. Order this once for each item you want engraved
2. Post your bottle to us, or drop it in at Eatons Hill
3. Tell us the wording, or send a logo
4. We send a layout for approval before touching the bottle
5. We engrave it and post it back, packed the way it arrived

Before you send it

• Powder-coated and painted stainless engraves beautifully — the coating is removed to reveal bright metal underneath, which gives the highest contrast.
• Bare stainless and glass mark to a frosted finish rather than bright, which reads more subtly.
• Plastic bottles vary enormously and some melt rather than mark. Ask before posting, and expect us to say no to a few.
• Curved surfaces limit how wide a mark can be. On a standard drink bottle roughly 60 mm of width sits flat enough to engrave cleanly.

We will tell you honestly if your item is a poor candidate, before you post it. Engraving is permanent and it is your bottle — if there is any doubt we would rather say so than ruin something you already own.
