FAQ
Our Process: Once your order is made, we follow these steps:
1. Design Preparation: We create the design and cut file tailored to your specifications.
2. Review and Approval: The design is sent to you for your review and approval.
3. Production and Packaging: We cut and carefully package your stencil.
4. Delivery: Your stencil is sent via courier or local delivery for prompt arrival.
On every we order we receive, we complete a design draft for our client to review. Once the design draft is approved, the work is done that day or at the latest the following day.
All orders will receive their tracking information via email as soon as we have packaged your order.
Not a problem, we do not charge for minor changes or simple addition/subtractions. Example, simply send your logo through and we will take care of the rest. If it'simple no charge, if it's complex we only charge $40.
