Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order.
You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours once your order has been dispatched.

Location: 5 Othello Court, Eatons Hill QLD 4037
Pickup available Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
🚗 Local Delivery (within 5 km)
- At checkout, enter your address and choose Ship.
- Click “Continue to Shipping”.
- If your address is within 5 km of our shop, the Local Delivery option will appear.
- When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking.
📦 Flat-Rate Shipping (Australia-Wide)
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via Australia Post.
Flat-rate shipping fee: $15.00 AUD (Australia wide).

Free shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD.

💰 Duties & Import Taxes
Orders are shipped from Australia. Most stencil orders fall below local duty thresholds; however, please note:
- 🇺🇸 United States: Duty-free under USD $800.
- 🇨🇦 Canada: Minor GST/HST may apply for orders > CAD $150.
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: Import VAT (20%) applies for goods > £135.
- 🇪🇺 European Union: VAT may apply for goods > €150.
- 🇲🇾 Malaysia: Import tax applies for goods > RM 500.
Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes unless otherwise stated.
🔁 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds cover the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
